We are about player development, period. We meet our athletes where they are and invest the time and resources necessary to develop and encourage a love and respect for the game. All of our coaches possess an educator’s mindset and have a deep commitment to making sure our student-athletes are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to compete at the level they aspire to. Lady Thrill is a sanctioned Under Armour (UA) grassroots program. Our teams compete locally, regionally, and nationally on the UA Future, Rise, and Association circuits.
Lady Thrill is an affiliate of the “Team Thrill” organization which includes middle and high school boys’ teams as well. Baltimore native and Denver Nuggets player, Will “The Thrill” Barton is a co-founder with program director Donnell Dobbins.

Lady Thrill is much more than a basketball program, we are a community devoted to equipping the girls and young ladies on each of our teams with the tools to succeed on and off the court and in the classroom.
